inDrive, a global mobility and urban services platform, has announced a strategic partnership with Packages Mall, one of Lahore’s premier shopping destinations, to introduce dedicated in-mall pick-up hotspots for its users.
As part of this collaboration, passengers and drivers using the inDrive platform will no longer be required to pay the mall’s entry fee when accessing these designated pick-up points. The initiative is designed to streamline the rider experience, reduce friction for drivers, and make urban mobility more accessible and cost-effective.
Commenting on the development, Awais Saeed, Country Manager of inDrive Pakistan, said:
“At inDrive, we are constantly looking for ways to simplify mobility for our users. Our partnership with Packages Mall is a step in that direction, making pickups more convenient while also removing additional costs for both passengers and drivers. We believe such collaborations help create a more user-friendly urban mobility ecosystem.”
The newly introduced pick-up hotspots within Packages Mall will allow users to connect seamlessly, minimizing wait times and improving overall convenience, particularly during peak shopping hours and weekends.
This initiative reflects inDrive’s broader commitment to enhancing accessibility and delivering practical solutions tailored to the needs of local communities. By integrating mobility services directly into high-traffic urban hubs, the company aims to redefine how people move within cities.
