A dedicated training session and awards ceremony were held at the Jhelum Flagship Store of LONGi Pakistan as part of the company’s Installer Incentive Program. The event brought together solar installers for a mix of educational seminars, discussions, and recognition of top performers.

Organisers reported that the agenda included an overview of current industry practices, hands-on and theoretical training segments, and group discussions aimed at enhancing the skill set of participating installers. The training was positioned as an opportunity to better equip installers with the knowledge required to implement solar systems in real-world settings.

A highlight of the event was an awards ceremony in which the company recognised its highest-performing installers, awarding certificates and public acknowledgement for their achievements under the programme.

The incentive initiative forms part of the broader LONGi Certified Installer Program, introduced to support skill development within Pakistan’s expanding solar installation sector. The programme combines online learning with practical sessions designed to strengthen installers’ technical foundations.

The programme also includes a performance-based component in which installers can submit their project data for national ranking. According to LONGi, submissions received between January 1 and November 21, 2025, will help identify top performers who may receive further recognition.

Through ongoing workshops, training sessions, and regular updates shared via the installer community, the initiative aims to support consistent standards and enhance the technical capacity of Pakistan’s solar workforce.
