AI Seekho 2026 has wrapped as one of Pakistan’s largest AI developer initiatives, a sign of how fast demand for AI skills is growing across the country’s tech ecosystem. Organized by Google with the Ministry of IT & Telecommunication (MoITT), Telenor Pakistan, and Innovista, the program drew over thousands of developers who built AI powered solutions with Google AI Studio and Google Antigravity. At the national finale, participating teams competed for a total prize pool of PKR 2.5 million, including a grand prize of PKR PKR 1,000,000.<\/p>\n

The scale of AI Seekho 2026 reflects the rapidly expanding appetite for AI development across Pakistan. The campaign engaged more than 50,000 developers and builders, generated over 17,000 registrations, and resulted in more than 1,500 AI-powered solutions being submitted. These figures position the initiative as a significant platform for discovering, developing, and showcasing Pakistan\u2019s emerging AI talent.<\/p>\n

The results signal a defining shift in Pakistan\u2019s technology landscape: wider access to AI tools is empowering a more diverse generation of builders. Using Google AI Studio and Antigravity, participants transformed ambitious ideas into functional products, showing the combined power of creativity, problem-solving, and domain insight.<\/p>\n

This democratization of technology lies at the heart of the initiative\u2019s mission. AI Seekho 2026 demonstrates what happens when access\u2014not background\u2014becomes the deciding factor in innovation. The diversity of participation further reinforced this inclusive approach: professionals accounted for 40% of participants, while women represented 25% of overall participation. These numbers demonstrate that Pakistan\u2019s AI-building community is expanding beyond conventional technology circles and attracting talent from different professional, educational, and demographic backgrounds. By lowering technical barriers, Google is actively nurturing an agile, AI-ready builders capable of addressing Pakistan’s most pressing challenges. Selecting the final winners came down to the wire, with three standout teams capturing the absolute best of what the country’s rising talent can achieve.<\/p>\n

Meet the new AI Builders in Pakistan: the AI Seekho 2026 winners<\/p>\n

National Champions (PKR 1,000,000): Team Struggler, the Karachi duo redefining game design with Google Antigravity.<\/p>\n

Crowned National Vibe Champs, two students from DHA Suffa University in Karachi took top honors for “Struggler”\u2014a single-player, agentic AI game featuring a dynamic world that auto-customizes its difficulty level in real time based on player behavior. While the duo initially viewed “vibe coding” as a minor support tool, AI Seekho 2026 marked a total paradigm shift. Utilizing Google Antigravity as their core engine, Team Struggler transcended traditional development boundaries to orchestrate a complex, psychological gaming experience. Their victory demonstrates how deep student synergy, paired with advanced multi-agent frameworks, is actively redefining the future of interactive entertainment.<\/p>\n

Second Prize (PKR 650,000): Team Nurture, the diverse pack shattering stereotypes.<\/p>\n

Team Nurture\u2014a diverse alliance of product designers spanning Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, and Peshawar\u2014built one of the competition’s most sophisticated AI ecosystems, Hazir (“At Your Service”). Their product design background gave the team a distinct advantage, enabling them to approach the solution with greater empathy and a stronger understanding of end-user needs. Defying conventional expectations, key members also came from non-traditional disciplines such as fashion design, demonstrating that human-centred thinking can be just as critical as technical expertise in software development. Designed to streamline Pakistan\u2019s chaotic informal economy where families and workers endure endless phone calls to book daily services, Hazir replaces basic chatbots with autonomous AI agents. The system handles the entire logistical burden\u2014interpreting natural language requests, matching service providers, tracking jobs, and managing ratings seamlessly. Their human-centered approach showcases how AI builders are rewriting the rules of technology across the country.<\/p>\n

Third Prize (PKR 325,000): Team Viberonix marks the rise of the self-taught builders<\/p>\n

Two lifelong childhood friends from Sahiwal competing as Team Viberonix secured 3rd position on their very first hackathon attempt. Team member Abdullah taught himself software development online before building software for real-world clients. Driven to eliminate friction in gig-worker bookings, the duo created Wasila, an intelligent marketplace powered by Google Antigravity. Using a multi-agent AI orchestrator, Wasila allows users to request services via simple text messages while autonomous agents step in to negotiate rates and finalize bookings on behalf of both customers and workers. The judges celebrated Team Viberonix as a prime example of how self-taught passion can rival traditional engineering degrees.<\/p>\n

AI Seekho 2026 sets a powerful benchmark for what Pakistan\u2019s young talent can achieve when given access to advanced, inclusive technology. As the country accelerates its digital transformation, sustained public-private collaboration will be critical to widening participation, strengthening grassroots innovation, and equipping the next generation of Pakistani builders to create solutions with national impact.<\/p>\n
