Lake City and Foster Company have signed a landmark contract to design the CBD One Tower, a project poised to redefine Lahore\u2019s commercial and urban landscape. The signing ceremony, held at Lake City, was attended by senior officials and key stakeholders from both organizations, marking the start of a strategic collaboration aimed at introducing world-class infrastructure and architectural excellence to the city.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the occasion, CEO of Lake City Developers, Sultan Gohar Ejaz stated, \u201cONE CBD by Lake City reflects our commitment to bringing world-class infrastructure and architectural excellence to Punjab. Partnering with Foster + Partners who are the number 1 architects in the world ensures that this project will stand as Lahore\u2019s Landmark, a symbol of modernity, innovation, and sustainable urban growth.\u201d<\/p>\n

The One CBD by Lake City Tower is envisioned as one of Lahore\u2019s most advanced developments, integrating modern architectural design with smart infrastructure and state-of-the-art urban facilities that include an ultra luxury hotel, shopping mall, high end apartments and Grade-A office space.<\/p>\n

Brigadier (R) Mansoor Janjua, COO CBD Punjab, highlighted that the project will significantly contribute to the city\u2019s progress and help align its infrastructure with international standards.<\/p>\n

Chief Consultant Abrar Sheikh added that the construction of the \u201cGreat Tower\u201d (Azeem-ush-Shaan Tower) will enhance the city\u2019s aesthetic appeal and serve as a landmark in Lahore\u2019s skyline.<\/p>\n

The ceremony also featured a technical briefing by Rob Harrison Green and Steven Houman who are senior partners from the architectural firm Foster + Partners who shared insights on key development milestones and the tower\u2019s role as a cornerstone of Punjab\u2019s Central Business District initiative.<\/p>\n
