The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) has announced the launch of NSIT Pulse Phase-I, a premium retail and commercial development located at a prime site within CBD NSIT City, Punjab\u2019s flagship innovation-led urban district.<\/p>\n

Strategically situated adjacent to DHA Phase 6 and Phase 7 and in close proximity to the NSIT Silicon Block, NSIT Pulse Phase-I has been envisioned as a vibrant urban centre integrating retail, leisure, and everyday commercial activity. Its central location within a rapidly emerging innovation ecosystem ensures strong visibility, seamless connectivity, and sustained footfall, making it a compelling opportunity for investors and commercial stakeholders.<\/p>\n
