Descon Oxychem Ltd. (DOL), one of Pakistan\u2019s leading chemical companies, has signed a strategic agreement with LUMS\u2019 Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering to launch a fully funded R&D initiative. The collaboration will focus on developing advanced materials for DOL\u2019s future industrial applications, marking a milestone in industry\u2013academia partnership and local innovation.<\/p>\n

The ceremony was graced by LUMS leadership, including Vice Chancellor Ali Cheema, Provost Tariq Jadoon, and Dean Dr. Walther Schwarzacher, alongside faculty from Chemical Engineering. The partnership embodies a shared commitment to innovation, talent development, and impactful R&D for academia and industry alike.<\/p>\n
