Bank Alfalah, one of Pakistan\u2019s leading commercial banks, through its Islamic banking division, has been recognised with two prestigious accolades at the 2025 Global Islamic Finance Awards (GIFA): Best Bank for Islamic Window Business and Excellence in Shari\u2019ah Assurance. These global recognitions reflect the Bank\u2019s consistent growth, innovation, and strong dedication to Shari\u2019ah compliance, placing the franchise among the leaders of the Islamic banking industry.<\/p>\n

Held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the 15th GIFA Annual Awards ceremony brought together more than 50 eminent contributors and leaders from across the global Islamic finance ecosystem, with participation from the GCC, the Far East, Africa, Asia, and the Western Hemisphere. The Honourable Dato\u2019 Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia, was the Guest of Honour, and the awards were handed over by the 15th President of the Maldives, His Excellency Dr. Mohamed Muizzu. The programme recognises excellence across sectors, promoting social responsibility, Shari\u2019ah compliance, and sustained commitment to Islamic banking.<\/p>\n
