TPL Properties held a ceremony to break ground for Lagoon Views 1, the first residential tower at The Mangrove, Karachi\u2019s first mixed-use sustainable development located at Cantonment Board Korangi Creek.<\/p>\n

The event brought together senior leadership from across the TPL Group, including TPL Properties, TPL REIT Management Company (RMC), and TPL Developments, marking the formal launch of a project that blends smart living with ecological responsibility.<\/p>\n

\u201cLagoon Views 1 is more than just a building. It is the beginning of a new way of life for Karachi,\u201d said Mr. Ali Jameel, CEO of TPL Properties. \u201cOur goal is to shape urban living that is both intelligent and environmentally responsive.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lagoon Views 1 will feature:
\n\u2022 Lagoon-facing residences
\n\u2022 Smart home integration
\n\u2022 Sustainable infrastructure and green energy features
\n\u2022 Infinity pool, wellness spaces, and pedestrian-friendly walkways
\n\u2022 24\/7 security and managed community services<\/p>\n

The architectural design of the Mangrove project is being developed in collaboration with the SSH, awell known firm known for creating human-centric, future-forward spaces.<\/p>\n

Launched in February 2025, the completion and handing over of Lagoon Views Tower 1 are expected by third quarter of 2029, with available units already seeing high interest from overseas Pakistanis and urban investors alike. .Bookings are open at the Mangrove Site office.<\/p>\n
