Daraz Pakistan has entered into a strategic partnership with Unity Retail, Pakistan\u2019s leading e-commerce enablement platform, to simplify and digitise logistics operations for major brands across the country. This collaboration marks a significant step in Daraz\u2019s evolution as the company begins offering logistics\u00a0as\u00a0a\u00a0service to businesses outside its core marketplace for the first time.<\/p>\n

Through this partnership, Daraz and Unity Retail aim to streamline the entire delivery process by integrating courier services with modern software systems. The solution will be available in the top 80 cities of Pakistan and will manage every stage of delivery\u2014from initial pickup to transportation and final drop-off. It will also offer services such as cash-on-delivery, returns management, and faster delivery options powered by advanced systems developed by Daraz over the years.<\/p>\n

Businesses using the service will benefit from improved operational efficiency and greater visibility into their logistics operations. Customers, in turn, will enjoy a more reliable delivery experience, with clear tracking updates and enhanced transparency from the moment they place an order to the time it is delivered. The offering is designed to scale with business needs, including during peak shopping periods and seasonal demand surges.\u00a0The service will also include defined service-level agreements, performance tracking, and delivery guarantees, giving businesses greater confidence in their fulfilment operations.<\/p>\n
